Steve wins the 2009 ASCAP Writers Award & the 2009 Ivor Novello Award for Most Performed Work
Steve’s award winning collaboration with Duffy has been recognized again with his Ivor Novello Award win for the most performed Work of 2008 for Mercy.
Steve co-wrote & produced four tracks on Duffy’s Grammy & BRIT award wining debut album ‘Rockferry’; including the international No.1 hit ‘Mercy’, & other singles ‘Stepping Stone’, & ‘Rain on Your Parade’.
Steve has also received recognition from the Grammys for his contribution as producer of Rockferry, which won Best Pop Vocal Album at the 51st Grammy Awards.
‘Mercy’, was a 2009 Brit Award nominee for Best British Single & a Grammy Award nominee for Best female Pop Vocal, in addition to it’s many other accolades including winner of 2008 MOJO Song of the Year Award.
